We should have some shuttle runs and sprints.

Please feel free to suggest drills that will be useful for individuals and for the team.

after we regain some sort of fitness, we need to think about mental aspects of the game! Psychology; Anticipating, decision making, deception and telepaphy between teammates. These will follow after adopting technique.

its hard in the mud but getting faster over a 20 yard dash and then 40 yard dash is useful.
time each other for these sprints and hopefully get faster over time.

shuttle runs is good.

how about other stretching warm-up stuff? most of us just do these by ourselves rather than together like teams do.

By the time you finish training you be too tired to play a game.

Obviously at the minute it's too dark to practise football skills in the week so we should work on fitness at home doing sprints and long distance run ect. Then we can dedicate more time to footballing skills on Sunday.

Everyone should do at least a 2 mile run midweek.

Anyone up for starting at 12 noon this Sunday. So we can have an hour or more practising and then play a game afterwards?
