4. Please link to news stories rather than quote them in full.
5. You cannot use these forums to make libellous posts - we will remove any libellous posts and edit them to *LIBEL REMOVED*
6. Multiple accounts are permitted - you can have as many as you like, and we will not ban you for it. We will, however, ban, members who abuse multiple accounts.
