As someone who lives in the East Midlands, I'm wondering what your views are on radio there.

For me, I think it's good; Peak FM (www.peakfm.net), Heart 106, Leicester Sound and 96 Trent FM are my favourites.

I live in Nottingham but work across the East Midlands.

The CN Group's rebranding of Kix96 and The Bear to Touch FM seems to be a waste. Okay, so the average listener may not know who the CN Group are, but this Touch FM rebrand is an expensive waste of money.

To prove the theory...

Me (to friend): Did you listen to Touch FM the other week?
Friend: What, you mean KIX 96??

Proves how bad the CN Group's 'touch' is with their audience (well, branding terms anyhow!)

Leicester Sound is getting better all the time - but 5 hours for a mid-morning show - 10am-3pm (I'm sure Neil voicetracks some of it!!)

Anyone else want to offer their views on radio in the East Midlands?

96 Trent FM and RAM FM are the stations I most listen to!

Trent 96 has good presenters - but the weekend lineup isn't as good as it used to be!
