PART TWO: ESCAPE FROM THE PORT!

The police were heading towards the ship. Damn! We would be charged with the murders no doubt! We had to set sail now!

"ALL HANDS TO THE DECK!" I shouted as loud as I could. I sent messages to all of the crew via the personnal messaging system.

[O] ALL HANDS TO DECK!!! WE HAVE TO LEAVE... NOW! EVERYONE TO THE DECK! LET'S MOVE PEOPLE WE HAVE TO MAKE THIS QUICK! [O]

I quickly ordered the ships gates to be shut and for the anchor to be pulled in.

I barked instructions
"Mr I and Mr McGraw to the crows nest!"
"Jimmy O'Malley to the stern of the ship, raise the anchor then guide the navigator out!"
"Peg Leg Lance ge tto the wheel... steer us away from the port!"
"Mr Phoenix and Mr Eos make sure that none of the police get to on the ship! Chunk... join them!"
"Pirate Pete and Miss Thorn to the engines! Get the ship moving at full speed!"
"Mr Banks and Mr Crandle... could you two raise the sails!"
"Mr Cander and Miss Mwah... don't get in anyones way!"
"Chef Becki... get the tea on!"

I rushed around the deck making sure everyone was busy. We were about to set sail!

After the events of everything that had happened on the ship, I had gone for a short walk around the pier to compose myself and also to try and make my new black eye less noticable, and for one last beer at the nearby pub.

I had just decided to relieve myself when I looked out of the window, and saw, through the window, the Captain on the ship waving frantically. I took a double take... was the ship moving?

Oh bugger...

I finished my buisness as fast as I could and ran out of the pub, not realising that I had not yet paid for my beer. - As I left the bartender yelled... "OI! COME BACK HERE!"

-I didn't have time to stop and look back, I ran towards the ship and passed many police officers, obviously here for Dan Stubbs arrest.

And then I heard the barkeep shouting after me...

"OI STOP HIM! - HE'S LEFT WITHOUT PAYING!"

Uh-oh...

I ran past the police officers, managing to dodge one who thought he would try and grab me as I ran past, jumped over another and almost dived onto the ship. Avoiding the mainsail swinging past and various ropes, I headed below deck to my quaters - I hoped we would get away before the officers reached the boat...

"Good man Mr I" I shouted up to him, "Keep a lookout for any obstructions in the water... or any enemy ships!"

I knew I could count on Mr I being quick to work. Now all I needed were the others.

Did I just see a woman sneak on the ship? What would she want onboard?

I rush up to the deck and see that we are about to set sail! About bloody time too!

I look around and see people are busy. The captain is rushing up and down the deck and Sleepy I has climbed to the crows nest. The engineer twins rush past me to the engine room.

I am not too happy about running from the police. Not the greatest way to begin our voyage - on the run!

I decide to keep out of the way as the captain requested. I don't want anything to stop us from setting sail. And once we are at sea I don't want anything ro ruin the experiance for me.

I come up to the deck and stand next to Mr Cander.
The ship is sailing!!!!! This is awful! I don't want to be on the ship! I wasn't meant to travel with them!!!
What am I going to do? I looked at Mr Cander who was looking back at me.

I ran as quickly as i could to the sail and started raising it, he heard the shouting voice of the captain getting closer, just when the loud voice was close, Brian started pulling as hard as he could, just to show the captain that he wasnt completely useless.
