PART SIX: The Apocalypse is here! It will mainly be played in Port Town but as always the Kingston will get involved so as usual the main deck is the main place to post for PART SIX related stuff! Have fun!

Julian and I walked around the deck on 'The Kingston'. It was empty. In fact, after several minutes of looking about the ship we found that it was empty everywhere! Not a single member of the crew was onboard. We came to the conclusion that they must have gone into Port Town but it was strange that they would leave their ship unattended.
Julian went below decks to admire the engines and I pottered about the deck some more. It was then that I heard footsetps behind me and turned around...

I climbed onboard the Kingston. It still looked quite good although did have many battle scars. I wondered what they must have been through.
I tapped the wood. Still strong. I smiled. Captain Warner must have a good reason for returning. We all knew why he went to uncharted waters.
I took a puff of my cigar.
Then I spotted a woman. I walked toward her.
"You there," I said, "you from the Kingston? What are you doing back here so soon?"

"I am sorry officer," I said to the man, "but you've made a mistake. I am not from this vessel. I come from the 'Old Sailor'. In fact, I came here with the same questions that you have... but it seems that no one is onboard."
I walked over to the man and introduced myself.
"Susan Tailor is the name," I said, "first mate of the 'Old Sailor'."
The man shuck my hand and told me that he was Sergeant Gricks. I nodded my head. I had heard of this man. In fact he was quite famous here in Port Town.
"You might want to to check out our ship," I continued, "it seeme that during the night someone stole various things from our cargo bay. Being an officer of the law I thought that may interest you."

Storming into the Kingston my quest had begun. My leather doe skin boots trampled onto the wooden floor and I found two people talking. Now was my chance! They had to be the crew of Kingston!
"Who goes there!" my dwarfen voice grumbled "Crew of the Kinston?" I asked, tightening my gaunlet strap.
"Speak travelers!" I boomed out. The man turned around and I noticed he wore an officers uniform. Damn! "Sorry there sergeant...wrong vessel." I looked at the lady and my eye brows raised. "Err...Would you happen to know the whereabouts of the Kingston crew. May I ask?"

I looked at the Dwarf curiously. Lately a great many number of their kind had been passing through the town. And all of them had caused trouble. Dwarves were known for their temper and also their love of alcohol. Mixed together they can be a dangerous combination.
I stepped forward. I took another puff of my cigar. He knew I was an officer of the law. He seemed on edge about it. I kept my face emotionless. I had dealt with Dwarves before. I knew how to handle them.
"You want to watch yourself Dwarf," I said, standing tall to clearly show my size advantage, "storming onto ships like that... with your weapon on show... could get you in a lot of trouble."
The Dwarf lowered his weapon quickly.
"I cannot help you with your question on the Kingston crew," I admitted, "although I did meet a man earlier who claimed he was one of this ships members. He was taken to the station. Perhaps you want to go there."
I hoped he would. In the authorities station there were a great deal of officers on hand to keep an eye on him. I then turned back to Susan Tailor.
"I would be happy to check out you ship," I said, "anything I can do to help you ma'am."

I attached the huge war hammer to my back and adjusted my iron helm. I needed to find aleast one of the Kinston crew, but the authorites station was going to be my last resort. I should check around here, have a nosy around and see what I can find. Perhaps do a bit of sabotaging whilst I'm here...Haha!
Then I realised that I actually laughed out loud by mistake.
"I best get going, it's okay Sergeant, I am part of the Kingston Crew." my dwavish accent mumbled, "I'll pick up a few things and get gone." I considered that was quite a skillfull lie, not bad for the dwarven folk.
My broad shoulders turned and headed towards the Engine Room.

Togan the Dwarf went down into the engine room. It was strange. I was sure that the Kingston did not have a Dwarf onboard. Still, at least now we knew that the crew were here at Port Town. I decided I would go and ask togan where his fellow crew members where.
But first I needed to ditch this officer.
"Sergeant... Gricks was it?" I said, "could you please take a look at our ship. The things that have gone missing ar every important to us."
Sergeant Gricks said that he would and I told him that I would meet him onbord the Old Sailor in a moment.
I then headed after the Dwarf towards the engine room.

"Very good," I said to Susan Tailor of the Old Sailor.
As I watched her leave I began to think about the Old Sailor and how they had helped the Kingston escape from us all those months ago.
I had of course already fonud out why the Old Sailor had returned. They had been attacked by pirates and their captain had been killed.
So things had been stolen from their ship? As cheif of authority in Port town, it WAS my job to discover who stole their things. So I left the Kingston and headed for the Old Sailor

We all arrived on the main deck and began to look about the ship. It was strange. The last time I had stood here, the deck had exploded, along with the rest of the ship and us!
Now though, ther was not a scratch on her. It as as if the Kingston was brand new! It was in a better condition then it was when we first sailed on her!
"Well this doesn't help us out at all," I grumbled, "if anyhting it only make sthings more confusing!"
