I went up onto the secondary deck for some fresh air. It was a hot night and the engineers quarters were stuffy.
I had left Pete snoring and Tess talking her sleep, slipped on some clothes and headed out. On my way I had passed the recreation room where I had seen Max Decker and Brian Crandle talking. The two young men seemed to be friends now and were playing cards.

As I passed the crows nest I had seen Pipey Mcgraw on watch duty. He waved down to me and I happily waved back. Pipey made me laugh. I still had visions of him running naked through the sicence labs!

A sI looked out over the ocean, all was black. Even the moon hanging in the sky did not seem to shed any light upon the uncharted waters. I wondered what other mysteries we would find out here. The uncharted waters was a strange place that was filled with danger. Even the water seemed to appear more sinister here.

I walked over to the escape boats to check on the family of mice that Sleepy I and I had been looking after. They were sleeping so I did not disturb them.

As I was about to head back inside I noticed that one of the escape boats was missing. I found this very odd as none of them had been used. I looked aronud the ship for any signs of it but it was definatly not onboard.

I walked to the control room where Mister Johns was sat by the wheel.
"Do you know where escape boat number 2 is?" I asked...

I glided into the darkness on deck. I started to follow a young woman aboard. Her name was Olivia Thorn, roughly 21 years old. She also knew Jimmy O'Malley in the past.

From my readings, she is the most skillfull engineer aboard this ship. If I could some how talk to her, without other people seeing, it would be of great benifit.
She could help me build the device I've been wanting to create, she has the talent.

In the shadows, I waited for her to be alone on the second deck...

...Out of the darkness i saw a boat with someone standing on the secondary deck, the boat looked damaged but drivable, i had been adrift for weeks with little food and no water, my crew had gone on with out me and left me on an island. the only chance of survival was to drift out to sea in the faint hope that i would be seen by a ship! luckily i saw a ship. as i got closer, i noticed the ship had 'the kingston' written down the side, i shouted up to the deck, hello up there please help me! there was no answer. i gave up and began to sink as my body became lifeless, i felt a rope being wrapped around my waist, someone was pulling me up! as i was unconcious i felt a huge relief that i wasn't going to die at sea, but what would the crew be like! i wondered who saved me, i thought of how lucky i was, i thanked god i was still alive

I couldn't beleive it! I had found someone in the water!

It had been strange. Mister Johns had told me that he did not know what had happened to the escape boat but went to look. I went to look at the other side of the ship. Suddenly I had felt a strange presence around me... as if someone had been watching me. I could also hear breathing... deap and troubling.

I looked voer to where I thought the breathing was comnig from and walked over to that area. Then I had heard the shouts for help in the sea!

It was aman and he looked half dead! I managed to grab a rope and hook it around him to pull him up onto the deck.

"Help me please!" I shouted, "Someone help me over here! Get Emmsi quick!"

The man was in and out of consciousness. Where he had come from I had no idea. At least he was safe now... and alive!

As people began to rush over to help me I looked around confused. Who had been watching me and breathing? If it had not been for that person then I would never have gone over to this area and heard this man calling...

I rushed over to the unconscious man and took a look at him. I only knew a little about medicine but it was enough until Emmsi could arrive.

"I think he may be suffering from the shakes," I said, "he's been out in the cold for too long!"

I grabbed a blanket of Pipey McGraw and wrapped him up in it. I then turned to Olivia.

"I can't see escape boat number two," I said, "someone should inform the captain!"

...i woke up in a cabin, with a blanket wrapped around me, and strange people staring at me, i had no recollection of what had happened to me, how did i get here? why was i here? I tried to stand up but my legs were useless, i fell to the ground. a tall man helped me get back up. 'Who are you' i asked 'Im Mister Johns, welcome on board' he asked my name, but i could not remember it! A woman called Emmsi said to him i was suffering from partial amnesia from when i amost drowned, she seemed to know a thing or two about medicine. Mr johns passed me a warm cup of tea, i took a sip and it made me feel so much better, after being out in the ice cold ocean for weeks, a cup of tea was a god send! Emmsi said i should rest, she tucked me in and turned off the light. alomst as soon as the lights were out, i fell alseep - nightmares ensued.

The secondary deck seemed calm. Chris Black seemed like an unexpected vistor, I would check him out later, but now I have other priorities.
Scaling the wooden deck I approached Olivia Thorn from behind. Whispering to her ears only I said:

"Meet me in the engine room. Tell no-one"
With that I flapped my robe and disappeared into the shadows inside

I walked up the secondary deck after seeing the comotion. I was told that a man had been found and that one of our escape boats was missing.

As the man was rushed to the medical bay, I walked over to Olivia who seemed deap in thought.

"Are you alright Olivia?" I asked...

I jumped when Boulder had spoken to me. I was lost for a moment in my own little world. What was that voice that I had heard? Who had spoken to me?
It was very confusing. Had I heard them say something about going to the engine room?

"I'm sorry Mr Boulder," I said suddenly, "But I really must be gonig now. Do your best to find the missing escape boat now won't you. Who knows where that could have gone to!"

I laughed as I walked away, leaving Boulder with a very strange expression on my face.

As I headed towards the engine room I checked my pocket for my little knife...

Mister Johns and I looked all around the deck but there was no sign of the missing boat. Where could it be?

I examined the area where the boat should be and saw something strange on the floor. I crouched down and looked at what it was... it was blood.

I was deaply concerned. I decided that it was time to inform the captain.
