The Queens throne room was very impressive. It was very large and adorned with all things gold. I could not keep my eyes off it. This was paradise to me!



As I looked around the room I realised that I must have fallen unconscious in the dungeons. How I got here I have no memory. However I knew that I was not the same man I was then... I was stornge rand more alive then I had ever felt!

I realised that the vampire curse had taken its effect on me. I was one of them now. I was a vampire!

And I loved it!

I now knew that my old life had been pathetic. I had been pathetic. This was how I wanted top be for the rest of eternity! How happy I felt. How live!

I turned as th door opened and someone stepped into the room...

I entered the room and walked into the center. I looked smaller then before and was slightly hunched.

In the middle of the room was a large crystal ball. I placed both my hands on the ball and my eyes through my black mask glowed green.

My head tilted back and I let out a loud scream which echoed around the castle. Green light poured from the ball all over my body, travelling down my veins. As it did my muscles bulged and I became stronger. My back straightened and I stood tall and fearful once again.

I removed my hands from the ball and turned to see the Cander Vampire staring at me with confusion. The dors then opened once more and the Queen entered the room...

I walked gracefully through the room to the centre towards Punisher. When I reached him I stroked his bulging muscles and then turned to the Cander Vampire.

"I see you are awake," I said, "good. Very good."

Punisher then took me to one side. He told me that through the Relfecto-zan he had seen someone he had not seen in many many years. He had seen my sister!

I stepped back slightly. My sister? I did not think that she still lived. But she was here? On the island?

I realised now that the strange feeling I had felt whilst flying over the Kingston was her. I had been sensing her presence... but not knowing it was her.

"I wish to speak with her," I said to Punisher, "but use the Reflecto-zan."

Punisher put one of his hands on the crystal ball and I took his other in mine. He closed his eyes and chanted strange words. Then suddenly both our eyes became white and I saw her... she was standing on the deck of the Kingston talking with some half destroyed man.

"Hear me!" I whispered to her, "hear me now!" Slowly she turned. She could hear my voice on the wind. She answered me.

"I am your sister," I said in responce to her question, "you were taken from here long ago. You are home now. This is where you belong!"

She spoke once more.

"If you did not know of my existance then why have you come here?" I asked.

The next words she spoke intrigued me. The Axe! She spoke of the Axe! I broke the link suddenly and both mine and Punishers eyes returned to normal.

"She has brought the Axe to me!" I said with joy, "It is my destiny now I know it! I shall have the Axe and with it I shall plunge the world into fire and death!"

I flew in through the window and quickly transformed back into the image of a woman. I made my way over to the Queen and bowed low to her.

"My lady," I said, "I have urgent news."

The Queen turne dto me slowly. She had obviously just discovered something that she thought was wonderful as she was smiling. Something that I had never witnessed her do in all my time serving her.

"It is Kruger," I said, "you sent him to retrieve the Axe... well he plans to use the Axe against you! He plans to kill you my Queen!"

The Queen's mood changed suddenly from happy into a fit of rage. She smacked me across the face and I wa sthrown backwards into her fire. My skin burned as flames licked up around me. I jumped from the fire as fast as I could and the flames died. I closed my eyes and healed my wounds.

"Please my lady," I said, "do not take it out on me... not again! What should I do?"

The Queen gave me a look and I instantly knew what she wanted from me. She wanted me to kill Kruger.

"Of course," I said bowing, "I shall do it at once!"

I then left the room in search of the mad pirate...

Kivas news had irritated me. And to think that I was happy just moments ago. Now however Kruger, who concerned me, was to betray me... and I had lost contact with my sister.

I looked to Punisher.

"Punisher my love," I said, "go to the Kingston and bring me my sister. I would very much like to meet her. I have heard she looks very much like me."

I then turned to the Cander Vampire.

"YOU!" I shouted, "I am hungry! I have a supply of fresh flesh to feast on in the adjacent room. Bring me something that looks fresh and tasty!"

I nodded my head in responce to the Queen. Then I walked back over to the Relfecto-zan and placed my left hand on it. I closed my eyes.

I saw the Kingston.
I saw Half-Face Franky.
I saw Penny Dreadful.
I saw Franky place Penny in the brig.
I saw Franky attempt to leave with the hip.

I uttered some words under my breath and once again the Relfecto-zan glowed and power engulfed my body. My muscles grew even larger as I became stronger then ever!

I then removed my hand and left the room silently.

I went into the adjacent room and saw a number of people lying on the ground in chains. Most of them were either dead or almost dead... only one seemed to still be quite strong. HE would be perfect for the Queen!

"You're coming with me!" I said to him as I lifted him off the ground and took him back into the throne room.

I dumped him on the floor next to the Queen.

"Your feast my lady," I said bowing.

As I looked at the man I realsied that I recognised him. He had served noboard the 'Old Sailor', Darren Blanks ship. It did not concern me that I knew him and he was about to be eaten. Anyone that was not one of us was food!

I made my way through the castle and eventually fonud a large double door with gold engraved upon it. I pushed the doors open and strode inside. It wa sa large glittering room full of many jewels and treasures. It was the Queens Throne Room!

Standing in the centre of the room was the Queen herself! She was standing with George Cander who had been transformed into a vampire, and an injured man who was chained on the ground.

"Car'liria!" I shouted as I stepped forward, "It's Captain Warner! It's time we setteld this! My crew... you WILL let them leave this island! If you refuse... then you will have to deal with me!"

As I had walked through the corridors I had removed the wooden leg from a table and sharpened it. I had then fixed the stake into the end of my blunderbuss to use as a weapon against the Vampire Witch Queen. I now held the stake tightly in my hands.

The Queen turned towards me and I suddenly had no power to kill her. I was struck down by her beauty. I fell to my knees and tears began to well up in my eyes. She was the most magnificant being I had ever seen yet the sadness about her left an aching in my heart.

I thought of my daughter back in England and how I would never see her again and I wept. Then once again the thought of the destruction of the world entered my mind. I COULD NOT let Car'liria destroy the world!

i managed to get to my feet. I was unsure if I had done it myself or if I had been given some help from Lunea, but I had managed to defeat the Queens power over me. I wiped the tears from my eyes.

"It's time to finish this!" I growled...

"Time to finish this?" I said laughing, "My dear captain... it hasn't even begun!"

I took a step forward towards the Relfecto-zan and placed my hand upon it. An image formed in the glass. An image I could tell Captain Warner had seen before.

It was an image of the world burning.

"You see Captain the destruction of the world is inevitable! You coming here has seen to that!" The captain looked confused, "Do you not get it yet captain? You were in Lunea. You spoke with Shynira... she tried to warn you. She tried to warn you NOT to come here!"

I laughed out loud and the Cander Vampire joined me.

"You had to keep away from Devil Island captain," I continued, "it was the only way to save the world. Now because you have come here... the world will end! It is inevitable. It is destiny!"

A bright light fired from the Relfecto-zan, hitting the captan in the chest and knocking him to the ground. I grinned.

"Mr Cander..." I said slyly, "will you do me the honours of destroying the good captain?"

I ran to the rich looking Throne Room, as I entered Bruce Freedom appeared like he had just arrived. Then on my first glance I saw George Cander approaching Adrian.

I could then see Bruce looking at the Queen, he stared with great anger.

I walked foward and shouted "Stop!" my words echoed in the large room and now they were aware of my presense. I stepped across the room and drew my sword "No one can destroy a Captain without destroying his crew first!"
