The strange sound began to echo below decks. I looekd around confused.

"Alright," i said to O'Malley, "I will help you, we have a deal!"

I shook his hand.

"Meet me back here in an hour. Me boys and I 'ave to prepare for something... something big!"

With that me and the gand left the room. We were going to set up a revolt against Gregor. We were going to kill him so I could take his place!

I waited in the dark room. The strange sounds echoed badly in here. I felt very alone... for a moment I wished I had never left the Kingston...

Then the ship began to rock and sway violently. i felt sick...

Someone stepped out of the shadows towards me...

"O'Malley," I said. He looked startled to see me.

I had been in the shadows when I had seen him talking to Thung and his gang. I had heard what he had said.

"So O'Malley... ya think you can trick me? Siding with me enemies? Nowt gets past old Gregor that easily!"

I snarled and flashed up my hand which was a hook. I brought it close to O'Malley's face.

"I was gonna 'elp ya as well you miserable piece of scum!"

I slashed a huge gash in his left cheek. He wailed and fell to his knees.

"Now I'm gonna gut ya... unless ya give me a good enough reaosn to keep ya alive!"

I had to think quick or I would lose my life here.

"You should keep me alive because... because... er... because I am working for you not against you!"

Gregor looked confused.

"Yes, yes! I am pretending to be Thung's friend so I can find out when he plans to kill you and then I can warn you!"

Greogr seemed to be thinknig about this. I hoped he beleived me...

I thought abut what O'Malley was saying. Was he telling the truth? Probably not - he was becomming more of a pirate everyday!
Still... I could use this to my advantage. He thinks he is clever by playing us off one another... well I've been lying and cheating all my life. I've killed more men then he's had hot dinners...

"Alright," I said, "you find out what Thung's plans are - and you find out now! I want a report back from you right away or you'll wish you'd never been born!"

I rushed to find Gregor and I told him about Thung's plan. Gregor was very angry...

"My god..." I said in responce to O'Malley, "so Thung's planning no using black magic to kill me off? The coward! Well... I think I've put this off fer long enough!"

I began to walk towards the door.

"What are you going to do?" asked O'Malley.

"I'm gonna kill Thung!" I said with a cruel smile before leaving the room and heading to the deck.
