I looked to my lads. I knew deep down that I would never beat Gregor in a fight one on one.

"Kill im boys!" I shouted to them suddenly. I laughed. Gregor was going to die and this ship would be mine!

I smiled. I had been ready for this.

"NOW!" I shouted.

Suddenly, behind me, all the rest of the pirates that worked on the Valtriani jumped out of hiding. They shot pistols and shotguns, threw swords, axes and daggers - hitting all of Thung's men and killing them on the spot.

I laughed.

"You thought you were so popular didn't you Thung?" I snarled, "well... although you had the backing of a few men... I had the backing of the rest of the bloody ship!"

Thung looked worried. Now it was jsut him and me...

"Time you got what was comnig from ya!" I shouted with joy.

I drew my huge sword and raised it into the air.

"Let's do this Thung!"

I charged towards him...

Gregor was rushing at me... I had to do something fast!

"You may be stronger then me," I shouted, "but I'm cleverer!"

I pulled my pistol from under my jacket and fired at Gregor - hitting him in the chest! He fell to the deck dead.

I stepped over to his body. The rest of the pirates were in shock.
"See!" I yelled, "see how easily he fell! Now I am commanding you! Gregor was just not smart enough!"

I opened my eyes slowly... Thung was stnading above me with a proud look on his face.

The fool!

I gripped my hand around the handle of my knife and drew it from it's holster on my belt.

"Thung..." I whsipered. He looked down at me confused.

I thrust the knife forward - piercing his chest! He gasped in pain as the air rushed out of his lungs. He looked down at me.

"Unlucky Thung," I said as I stood from the ground - clearly not in any pain, "You thought you were smarter then me? You were wrong!"

I reached under my jacket and removed the sheet of metal I had hidden under there. Thung's bullet was lodged in the centre of it.

"I knew you would be a coward and try and shoot me," I continued. I pushed the knife in further. "You'r days are over Thung!"

I pulled my knife out of his chest and Thung fell to the ground. The pirates cheered aronud me! I had won!

Pain. Lots and lots of pain. I couldn't beleive it... I had lost.

As my heart beat became slower and slower my head began to spin and my eyes began to blur. Everything became very quiet.

An eerie blackness overcame me. I knew no more.

It was over.

Thung was dead. Gergor was victorious! I hoped that he would keep his end of the bargain and not kill me!

He was happy right now. He was smiling and laughing with the rest of the pirates and drinkig with them.

Perhaps I should try drinking with them also... it might make me 'one of the lads'.

I looked over to the Kingston whilst taking another drink of rum. They had their sail hoisted and where beginning to move away. Captain Kruger was still onboard but that didn't matter. Scrawny Jack was over there going to get him free.

The beast in the water hit our ship again and we staggered. My men were firing the cannons at it but they were having no effect!

I saw that strange woman with the power of electric on the Kingstons deck. She interested me. I began to wonder... could her powers kill the beast in the water? I had to know. I had to get her powers!

"O'Malley," I shouted. He walked over to me, "I have a new task fer ya! The woman with the electric powers... I want ya to bring her to me!"

My legs began to shake. He wanted me to get her? How? I knew this was too good to be true. I knew a man like Gregor would make me do more and more for him because he kne that he could.

"How do you want me to get her?" I asked.

"You will take a small rowing boat out to the Kingston. Then, when onboard, grab the girl and bring her back 'ere!"

I snarled.

"You know that ship better then anyone. You know how to get her! Do this and then I promise I shall let you live"

"Alright..." I said slowly. The thought of going back to that ship... seeing all the people I betrayed... it frightened me. If I was cught by Warner and his crew then no doubt I would be in big trouble.

I walked over to the small rowing boat.

"You promised... this is the last thing you make me do for you. After this we're even!" I said before climbing into the boat.

Grabbing the oars I began to sail out into the night... away from the Valtriani and back to the Kingston.

Luckily the dark of the night made it hard for anyone to spot me.
