I was ready for this! The captain wanted us to help Salt Station then that is what we would do! As we were heading towards the cargo bay then this would probably be a good opurtunity for us to find supplies for our ship too!
I was ready for this! I stood by the door to the corridor with a large club in my hand. If there were any pirates left here or... anything else... then they would feel my wrath!
I was ready for this! Doctor B was a good man an I am sure he will lead us well! No doubt he will be keen to see their infirmary... I wondered if there would be any of the crew in there needed our help.
I was ready for this! I kicked open the door as it was locked and a gust of cold air hit me. Clearly the hull was broken somewhere down here. It was cold and very very dark... the wind blowing through the hull was making a howling noise... at least I think it was the wind... the hairs on the back of my neck stood on end. A chill ran down my spine.
I was not ready for this...

as i followed the doc and boulder i wondered if this was such a good idea - the dark gives me the creeps, you never know what could be in it! ah well too late now to run i know i can be of help on this little trip.
as i looked about my eyes became used to the dark and i felt in front of me so i didnt bump into anything - as i reached my hand out i grapped something and let out a little yelp and realised i had grabbed hold of the doc as he gave a yelp as well.

This was ridiculous! At the moment we were scaring ourselves more then anything!
I wanted to know what we were doing... where we were going... I looked at the doctor. He didn't say anyhting to me. So far he had been unusually silent...
I wondered what was going through his head. I also wondered if he really knew what we were doing here...

I looked around at what I could see. The dank halls was very, well... dark. Shadows flickered from various corners, I could see the fear on everyone's faces.
Fumbling in my bag, I pulled out four oil lamps, one for everyone. Taking a small match, I lit each one in turn, mine last. The sight of the corridoor when lit wasn't much better...

"oh holy shit" i yelled as the doc lit the lamps, pretty nasty looking down here and the smell was decidedly worse. i summoned all the energy i could to block my nose wishing i hadnt just blown it!
looking about i didnt think it was too bad, could be a lot worse. then i started feeling all the souls that had died down here......and then i heard it. a sort of faint clanking sound......"erm can anyone else hear that?" i said praying that they could just so i wasnt goin crazy again

"I hear it" Brian said to Luni.
The doc handed me a oil lamp,
"Bloody crap what is this Doc ?" Brian said and forgot that he supposed to be the Scientist.

"I'm not entirely sure" I said to Mr Crandle, as we passed various doors.
Looking through the window of each door, we saw how - empty - these rooms felt. Not that they were literally empty, but they seemed cold, without colour -almost as if the very life had been drianed from these rooms...
(OOC: Feel free to describe what you see in these rooms, they are not the Infirmary yet
- but are on the way. We won't be entering anyof them, but feel free to say whatever you want to see within them...)

As we walked I felt ever more uneasy. Brian Crandle was keeping close to me... he seemed young. Perhaps a little too young to be on a n expedition like this.
I to had heard the clanking sounds that Luni Mwah had heard but had bleieved them to be th wind outside... I hoped I was right...
I looked through a small window on one of the doors into the room beyond. Like everything else on this damn station it was dark. Suddenly I thought I saw the image of a young girl, sitting in the middle of the room.
I blinked to clear my eyes and when I looked again she was gone. It must have just been my mind playing tricks on me.
I walked a bit further, realising that I was now distancing myself from the group as the others had stopped to look through another window. That's when I heard it... the sound of a young girl crying. The crying came from the room behind me. I gripped my sword tightly and spoke to myself.
"This isn't real," I said over and over, "there are no children on this station! This ins't real!"
Then the girl began to speak my name. "Collin," she said, "Collin help me!"
Before I knew wht I was doing I had rushed into the room... I had to help that girl! I soon found myself alone in the dark! The door to the room appeard to have vanished... I could no longer see the others!
The shadows began to close in around me...

(OCC- I am not here, I am just telling you what you here and see)
Suddenly a howling spreads throughout the station. The howling is very loud and with it comes a gust of wind that chills the bone.
A loud slam is heard - it is the door to the station at the docking bay. It has just closed and locked, trapping you all inside.
The howling stops. It gets darker... and colder...
