Oh my!!! Well I never had PMS before than a few months after moving here I started getting really really irritable a week before my period. Well at first I had no clue what was going on with me cause I was jumping on everyone(including complete strangers). I was EVIL... my breast get sore and I get so bitchy. I have been trying to be better with my actions and try to keep them in wraps now but it just happens. I feel like a monster. So I have not found anything to help... might have to go to the doctor cause I dont think the kids, Steve and strangers should have to deal with my EVIl ways. The only thing is that I try not to leave the house and be around ppl around that time. Seriously I am extremely EVIL!!!

I am one of the lucky ones, I don't suffer from PMS. Only recently have I even had to deal with cramps, but even that is not every month. I had a friend who took St. Johns Wart for it... but not good if you are on the pill.... it counteracts with it.

I think the best remedy would be a hot bath or a heating pad
