I am looking for a crockpot recipe for a whole chicken.. so if anyone knows a good one please let me know

I'm probably no help but I cook a whole frozen chicken on low in the crockpot with a beer for 12 hours. Either a beer or a stick of butter. Either way its tender as hell. I don't like putting veggies in with chicken in the crockpot cuz I think they get too greasy. Strong beer is the best.

you put it in frozen? wow i would think it would take way longer than 12 hours to get cooked
