i got to meet dr. phil a few days ago!!!!! just thought i would throw that in lol.. im so proud i finally got to meet someone famous

me too!! and i want to add.. that he and Robin look so beautiful in person too! not that dr phil is "beautiful",, but they are an attractive couple even in person. and i am so pleased that they didnt go to a major bookstore or anything off post.. nope- they went to the PX! what a wonderful way to show support for our soldiers and families! very cool.

Holy crap they went to the PX for a book signing! WOW that is neat!!! Why do I always find everything out afterwards!!!

lol i found out they were coming the day before.. and your right robin is just gorgeous in person .. no dr. phil didnt analyze me but he did shake my hand lol... i was standing in front so i got some good pictures of him and robin.. and his little come back to robin was hilarious.. for those of you who were there you know what im talking about .. but yes.. it was such an experience.. i embarrased my hubby though cuz when dr. phil started walking out a few of us girls started screaming for him lol... fun stuff.. oh and get this... patrick swayze was there a few months ago and i missed that... darn.. i love that guy

Hey that's not fair..I love Dr. Phil and Robin. I guess if i read the Ft. Hood newspapers and stuff I would have known.

i should have posted the date as a topic on here but i havent been using the computer much... if i find out any other famous people are coming to the px i will definatly post it on here!!

A famous couple known for their advice on relationships made an appearance at Fort Hood Sunday.

Dr. Phil and Robin McGraw visited Clear Creek PX to meet members of the military and other fans from central Texas.

The line of people waiting to see the couple started at 2 a.m. Sunday morning and wrapped around the store. The couple is on a fourteen stop book tour to promote Robin's new book. Dr. Phil said "There are so many sacrifices being made by the people and the families here so we wanted to make time to come here and honor these folks that are defending our country."

This year is the fifth season of the Doctor Phil Show. You can catch Dr. Phil weekdays at 3 p.m. on NBC six.
