Ok, so just tried calling the appt line, and the lady said my hubby's info wasn't anywhere in her database, and I'm supposed to call this other number. What is this? I asked Dan if he'd updated everything, and he'd said yes, so why isn't it in Darnall's systems? I hate Army care

I have no idea...how long have you guys been married and did he sign you up for deers?? (if you have a military id then you are enrolled in deers) You might need to go to the tricare office in front of Darnell and get enrolled into that. I think you'll need to take your ID, power of attorney, his unit info.

Anyone else remember what all she will need for the tricare office??? Sounds to me like that is what you probably need to do.

I've been on Tricare Prime with him for 2years. We've been married 4 years. Never had probs getting into Madigan at Ft. Lewis. Dan said he'd updated DEERS from what he remembers, but wasn't sure on the Tricare thing.

You might still be in your former tricare region and not in tricare south

When we got here we had to go to the tricare office and re enroll.. You might wanna call first to see exactly what paperwork you'll need

It's in front of Darnell...I think in the front part of the parking lot of the ER.

directly across the parking lot from the hospital, there are several trailer buildings .. its one of them.

this happened to us when we first got her. we were still in tricare system at ft carson- so this region didnt have us.

although i should also comment that this region jjust sucks- because over the summer, i was home visiting my parents in colorado springs, and katie got a UTI- and i called tricare appt line there and even though i was a visiter and not even in my right region- the didnt make me go to the ER for care.... they booked a real appt in Peds for her the following day at Evans Army Hospital. I was impressed!

But hope you figure it out. I have no clue where what office is... I have been to that crazy place once and it was because I took my dad to the ER.
