i think plagiarism happened away long before mankind can read or write. yes, it's really sad when this happened. because, after a work being done with tears and sweat, wouldnt it be hurtful to see others just simply ripped it off saying it theirs?.

hopefully sensei will coming back with a renewed spirit.

I think it was an official lawsuit, and Kazusa's party lost. But I have no sources on this, so don't take my word completely! :(
