I went to Shenandoah and Luray Caverns yesterday and took some pictures. I thought I would post it up here because the pictures are flippin awesome! And then I included two random pictures of my niece that I took. xD
Shenandoah Caverns - A shot of the cavern ceiling

Shenandoah Caverns - My mom said it looks like a bunch of pig ears... >.>;; lol

Shenandoah Caverns - It's called the Diamond Cascade. You can see it sparkling in any light you put it under, like there are small specks of diamonds in it. (Oh... The picture was taken horizontally, so you have to flip your computer... or something. xD)

Shenandoah Caverns - That formation is wet, indicating that it's still growing. Of course, it takes about 120 years for it to grow a cubic inch... but I somehow managed to capture it sparkling. I don't know how I did that. xD But it's flippin awesome!

Shenandoah Caverns - They call it bacon... because the appearance of it looks a lot like... *gasp* ...bacon! lol.

Luray Caverns - That's the reflecting pool. The water is only twenty inches at its deepest and it appears as though there's no water there at all. It's even more fantastic when you see it with your own eyes than from a picture.

Luray Caverns - Looks kind of deadly... doesn't it? O.o;; And to think I was standing there too. lol

Luray Caverns - My favorite! ^^ This is Pluto's Ghost. It was said that when the cavern was first discovered, Andrew Campbell and his crew got lost, began walking around in circles and freaked out because they thought the stalactite was haunting them. xD

Luray Caverns - Fried eggs, anyone? xD Natural formation too; it's rumored if you touch it, it brings you good luck. ^^ ...I touched it! Mwuahahaha! xDDD

Luray Caverns - Use your imagination; anyone else see a man's face and a castle made of seashells? xD lol

Niece - A picture taken a while back at the Regency mall
http://img174.imageshack.us/img174/1049/p1000057bo6.jpg
Niece - Hah... Taken several hours ago. xD Isn't she adorable? Oh, and that's my older sister... my niece's mommy. >.>;;
