This is an amazing author. I have not had the chance yet to read the anita blake series as i am currently reading the meredith gentry series.
The Meredith Gentry series is basically about a faerie princess who goes into hidding for three years from her aunt who happens to be Queen of the Unseelie court and who wants Meredith dead. It's funny, romantic, sexual, and sometimes violent. overall its the perfect combination for a book. it has been reported to be a sexy, tension-charged dark fantasy mystery.

Aw... Anita Blake series... dont get me started. I could gush for hours... The whole series is frickin awesome...
