I am about to hit the treadmill. Tonight I do abs and some yoga.

Went for a 30 min walk at 11:30--had to be presentable at a seminar at noon, so I couldn't do the gym. Once again, it's something is better than nothing!

I made it up at 5, didn't want to but dragged my fat butt out of bed.

I did 20 minutes on the treadmill and 20 on the bike. Then while the kids were having quiet time/nap I walked in place and did some arm exercises for a half an hour.

I'm hitting the elliptical tonight - GA will be on the DVR so I will be catching up on that after the kiddos are in bed.

I usually do about 40-45 minutes on there on one of the hill settings.

Yay for me. 45 min on elliptical - 450 cal burned!
