What about the Souls of Fallen Dragons? They have been around for quit a bit and from what I see not many have ever started problems...
Others could be,
Choclate Pudding
Matari?

First of all I think we've to get rid of the spys we have and make sure we won't get more.
And be more active.
But as I posted on DA forum, I think we should disband the guild. And there are a lot of reasons there to do it.
Just my point of view.

Well, not getting spys is somewhat impossible, unfortunatly.
But we wont really have anything to hide anyways after that war and this alliance really needs activity.
Concerning the three suggestions: Matari is neutral to the end as far as I know, I doubt that will change.
Chocolate Pudding, I do not really trust a guild that recruits that much or did so in the near past.
Souls of fallen Dragons, would have nothing against it. An old and quite respected guild.
I wont be the one deciding wether we should get some new blood or try to get the old one activated first though
