General attitute towards other players and guilds
• No killing without a reason
- The princip of "talking before acting" should be followed whenever possible.
- Bloodthirst is everything but needed, a level 8 attacking you with fist is for example no threat and should not neccessary result in you killing this level 8.
- Problems should primary be solved with diplomacy!
• Powerabusing is prohibed
- Eventhough we or you maybe have the power to do something without having to feel the consequences we should never do so.
- Kicking someone out of a hunting ground eventhough the hunting ground is large enough for both of you or the other one was there before you is not wanted.
• No insulting
- No matter how 'they' treat you or how 'they' insult you. Insulting back should be avoided as it does not bring you anything at all. I do not think insulting can be prohibed to 100%, but it should be tryed
- Treat others with respect, no matter which level they are.
General guidelines
• Utmost discretion about the plans and decisions of the Alliance is mandatory.
- When something is discussed privatly it has a reason.
- When we should go to the public in the name of this alliance, then we do this planned and not spontan.
Problem solving between the allied guilds
• If a problem with one of the members occurs a leader or vice leader should be contacted before any action.
[i]- When a person out of one of the allianced guilds behaves wrongfully, report it to the leadership of the guild he/she is in.
- Of course also here 'talking before acting'.
The target
• This alliance is not made to seek for power, but for the security of generally peacefull guilds.
- When one of 'our' guilds gets in trouble it can not handle on its own eventhough the guild is in the the alliance will try to help. How this help looks like can be discussed.
Voting
• Before any actions taken by the Alliance votings will happen.
[i]Every guild in the alliance has an equal amount of votes.
New 'members'
• Every possible candidate has to be known as peacefull and should in no way be known as a guild which seeks for trouble.
[i]Possible candidates can be proposed in the thread called 'Invitations' in this forum. When noone has anything negative to say about any proposed guild the leadership of the guild(s) will be introduced in this forum to be able to get an image of the alliance.
If they agree on the contract they will officaly be in the alliance.
Excluding of guilds
• When an already in the Alliance being guild causes (repeatly) trouble there will be made a voting to decide if this guild will be kicked or not.
Emergency
If one of the 'members' of the alliance is in some serious trouble and is unable to get outa it on their own investigations will be made from the side of the alliance.
The investigations are made to ensure that the involved guild is not in the wrong as the alliance is not there to back up wrong doing.
If the investigations are finished and the guild did not do wrong the alliance will firstly try to solve this peacefully.
When the peacefull ways fail a new guild will be formed and everyone who is willing and able to fight will be invited.
