U shud try it its quite complicated but the end result is brilliant.

Making graphics isn't as hard as it looks. ;
Im currently opening a graphics website with my friend, so it will give you some tutorials.
But this is one of the best graphic websites i use: www.saruna.net
It shows you alot, blends, layouts, tutorials etc.

Also you would need a program to do them such as photoshop, or pain shop pro
